Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To secure your place at Micro Interlock Academy, all bookings must be made online via our official website. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment must be completed at the time of booking to confirm your registration. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking. • Bookings are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by the Academy. • Please ensure all personal and contact information provided during booking is accurate and up to date. • Group bookings are available; please contact the Academy directly for further details. Cancellation Policy We understand that circumstances may change. Should you need to cancel your booking, please review the following terms: • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date will be eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date. • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Jusu.naturally@gmail.com • The Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, full refunds or alternative dates will be offered. Wait List Policy If a course or session is fully booked, you may request to be added to the wait list. Wait list entries are processed in the order they are received. • Should a space become available, individuals on the wait list will be notified by email and given 24 hours to confirm their booking. • If you do not respond within 24 hours, the opportunity will be offered to the next person on the list. • No payment is required to join the wait list; payment will only be requested once a place is confirmed. • You may remove yourself from the wait list at any time by contacting the Academy.
